Background 5'9" office work all day, commute home, was 195 2 months ago when I started cardio. I'm down to 175 now. Main reason I'm working out is just to feel healthier. What is troubling me isthat I am losing weight (seemingly plateaued) everywhere but the stobborn belly fat.

I've never taken a supplement in my life but started taking protein because I was worried about the dramatic weight loss eatin at my muscles too.

What I want to accomplish at this stage is- LOSING belly fat and gainin a little muscle in the process. My body seems extremely easy to sculp, based on the dramatic losing, with very little diet change.

Anyway, my tentative plan for scuplting/wellness is a clen cycle followed by a light building with a sarm - s4. I would likely half the doseage of each and chose these two for the fact that they are legal to buy and own and seem relatively successful.

Would I be better with a var? Seems like it would result in a comperable gain / weight loss as the aforementioned combo at a similar price with similar risk. I have no interest in a real bulking, so think my limits are within the above two options. Problem with option 2 is obviously obtaining it and owning it.

What do you guys think? Basically just want an edge on the fitness plan and have no interest in spending hundreds of dollars at gnc on snake oils.

30yrs old, down to 175 now- was 195 when i started cardio

Don't have a target, really just looking to lose the chub at the belly and put on a little muscle if possible.

mornin cardio on an empty stomach after a 12 hr fast will do a hatchet job on BF.
Be sure to get at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

Thanks bud. Yeah, not really having a problem shreding fat, but concerned that I'm at a point of losing muscle rather than the stubborn ole belly weight.

Interesting.. I see the point. You do cardio for fatloss, and it is working but you feel it's also working on your muscles. From what you wrote it doesn't look like you workout, just the cardio. Of course you wouldn't want to get into a cycle of AAS cause you don't workout. I would think you would have to up the protien and workout a little bit?

do you do weight training at all?? you can drop bf and gain lbm at the same time, naturally.

Nope, in a given day, I leave my house at 5am and return at 7ish. At night, I am doing a cardio program that does some pretty rigerous strength training with your own body weight. Don't have a gym membership or the really the time to get to one and own no weights at all. Although I just ordered strength bands an chin up bar for a future attempt at p90x

Neve lifted any in my life, but in a given cardio session I would have done ~150 push ups of all variety, squats, dips, ect.

IMO the best thing you could do is to add some weight training into your routine. Keep your protein intake high (at least 1g per lb of body weight) You won't bulk up by lifting weights alone. Adding a full body circuit type workout to your routine will help maintain your muscle mass while raising your metabolic rate thus helping you burn that stubborn fat. Based on your statement that you haven't changed your diet that much I would suggest you take a closer look at your diet first before delving into anything more dramatic than proper diet and exercise. Check out the diet section of the forums.

Good luck!

Anything in particular? I don't have the space for a full bench system for sure. Don't live near a gym

A bench and a set of those bowflex dumbells would get you started nicely. Can't take up much less room than that.
