first timer need sum advice

I'm 19years old 5'9" 170lbs. Been going to the gym for a few years and I topped out at about 163-165. I started taking tes 400 and serosti
last week. Is this a good stack?

I would have looked at other oprtions at age 19.
Proper diet and training is all you need.
Your hormones are at optimal levels NATURALLY at 19.
 
so should i just stop??
woke up around 11, ate a piece of salmon for lunch. protien shake before the gym and a steak for dinner.

You have a TON of research to do......no where near ready for AAS.

sooo what your saying is you ate enough for a small school girl

yeah you should gain alot on that diet /sarcasm

you need to eat 5-6 times a day minimum with around 6-800 calories per meal to see real gains. you eat like this at 19 and train hard youll blow the fuck up
 
aaron .. listen to what they say .. i did a cycle when i was 18-19 and it did more bad then good .. you fuck yaself up real bad .. i came on here got my diet in check got a religious routine going and i have gain about 9 pounds of solid muscle with nothing but multi vitamins protien and some creatine .. get a good diet a good routine and lookin into omegas products to start you off

i would really like to know how did you really mess your self over that bad, i've seen people in highschool juice, and recover just fine and there bigger then ever right now. so this my question how bad is it for a 16-21 year old to juice, as long as you pct properly can't you just fully recover?
 
when your that young your endocrine system is developing and AAS can really fuck up its developement. It can also prematurely close your growth plates. There is a whole list of negative effects from using that early on even with proper PCT

well if thats the risk you want to take, wouldn't it just had to the dangers of AAS, not like there safe to start out with.
