first timer, here . questions on winstrol ????

i have taken as little as 25mg of winny a day (tabs) and have gotten terrific results. you would do best to stack it with another (injectable) drug like test. this way you could use lower dosages of each and get a synergistic effect. if you are a first time user, i would recommend something like:

week 1-5: 400mg test (use enanthate- best bang for the buck IMO)
week 6-10: 200mg test
week 5-10: 25mg winstrol/day
week 6-10: .5mg arimidex/day

it will take about 4 weeks for the test to build up in your system, and right about the time the aromatization occurs and you get estrogen buildup in your system you would start the winstrol, which is a potent anti-estrogen. by mid-week 5 your strength will go through the roof as well.

by week 6 you could start taking some arimidex as well to further inhibit estrogen and limit the occurence of side effects.

1 week after your last injection start PCT.

this is a very safe cycle, and if you train properly and have a solid diet there is no reason you could not gain 20-25 lbs. and keep at least 15. this is PLENTY of juice for a newbie.

Thanks a lot for your response, I really appreciate it. What if I wanted to do a cycle of whinny only, my concern is that I'm about 6'0 265 pounds, so I don't think I would want to put on 25 pounds or so, I'm looking more to gain stength and become cut and defined, I don't have a problem bulking up, I just can't get cut or defined for the life of me. Oh and what would you consider good PCT? I'm not sure what to do, and I was also told to drink milk thistle, is this true?

you can do a winny only cycle if you like; i'm just trying to sort you out. the only problem with winny is that it dries your joints out... so you will have less fluid in there to help balance the load... your strength will increase quite significantly and you will be at risk of injury without a good deal of fluid in your joints. the test will help to keep your joints lubricated. actually deca would be a better choice for this purpose.

as for getting "cut"... your inablility to achieve a low bodyfat is most likely due to your diet.

dio you know how many calories you take in during the day?

how many grams of protein?

how many grams of complex carbohydrates?

how much sugar?

how many grams of saturated fats? unsaturated fats? polyunstaturated fats?

how often do you eat?

what is your bodyfat percentage?

i guarantee if you get a hold on this kind of stuff and follow the huge amount of information that is available to you with regard to nutrition and diet... you can achieve your goals without steroids.

there is no steroid that will "cut you up". there are steroids that promote muscle hardness and definition in those with low bodyfat, but without a solid diet they would look like ass no matter what they took unless they were a genetic freak. (fuck those people piss me off)

if you are fat, lose the weight first, then take the drugs if you still feel so inclined.

probly no the answer you wanted to hear, but it is IMO the best route to take.

I definately appreciate the honesty and I appreciate the advice. I completely understand what you're saying about the diet, and to be honest, I have been very strict in terms of what I've been eating, not exactly counting calories, saturated fats, unsaturated fats etc. (which I've studied and understand). I guess I can say thats the one thing I haven't done, as far as working out and doing cardio, that I definately do plenty of and I've read about whats best for me and so far it's worked out great. I don't necessarily plan on starting any cycles any time soon, I actually wanted to sign up here and learn as much as I can and get as much honest advice (which I got from you) as I can, so I know when to take it. My main question, is if I weigh 265 now, and I want to weigh 215-220 when I'm done with the cycle, at what weight should I start, and how much should I do for how long? Don't take my question the wrong way, I completely understand that whinny is not a fat burner and I don't expect it to help me burn fat, although it's been said to give off that appearance, it does not make you burn fat. I will of course continue to do cardio while on the cycle, so if I drop down to say 240 and start then, by the time I'm off, I'll probably burn another 15-20 pounds putting me at the weight I want to be? Thats where I need the help! Thanks again for responding, I appreciate it and the advice is priceless.

Being 272 lbs., it sounds as though you don't need to bulk up. What I would do is take trenbolone with the winstrol instead of Test. You will find that winny and Tren go well together. I have done this stack personally and have found it extremely effective. Also 1mg = 1cc. If your winny says 50mg/ml then it means that you have 50mg/1cc of fluid or if it says 100mg/ml than you have 100mg/1cc of fluid etc... Make sure you shake it up every time before you inject it! Winstrol is water-based and needs to be resuspended.

Thanks for the help cougar... I kind of want to stick to a whinny only cycle for now, and what i have is "QV Stan 50", but the bottle only says 20ml on the side, there is no mg/ml or anything like that. The only measurment shown on the bottle is the net contents and it reads 20 ml, how do I figure out how much is there?
 
Brittish Dragon 50 mg tabs. One each day for no more than 6 weeks. Take a liver protectant like Tyler's liver detox or even milk thistle alone. The tabs work great at 50 mg a day. Improve vascularity and muslce hardness. I think running it alone would a good option. It will help you to effective diet and do cardio while maintaining what muslce you have.
 
I love this site. I am a newbie, just want to get my strenght back after three shoulder surgeries. I am looking for alternative ways if you know what I mean. I am learning a huge amount just by reading. Thanks guys

I like winny 50mg EOD. I know people like more and all that, but this dose works for me. The mos timportant thing to do as far as getting cut is diet and cardio. Go with British Dragon if you can find them, and there are other good choices for Stan as well. I suggest no more than 50mg EOD, until you are certain how your body will respond.

(I know this is somewhat old thread, but that is my 2 cc anyway)
