I've never taken any gear before, I've been in and out of the gym since I was in Highschool, so I have decent size, I was just never able to get cut or defined. Right now I'm on a very strict diet, I do at least 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and I l also lift 5 days a week. I'm 22 yrs. old, 6'0 272, I was wondering what would be the right weight to start, or should I start now? I've done a lot of research of my own (which is how I found this site) but I like the fact that everyone in hear is pretty straight up and they know what they're talking about. I was wondering how much I should take, when and how often should I be taking it. I've read and understand the importance of a proper diet, proper work out and proper rest, so I think I'm ok in those areas. I have 50 cc's of Quality Vet Winny, which I researched and it came back clean, my question is what exactly is a mg? I hear everyone talking in those doses, and I was always told about CC's.
