For what is worth I will tell you what I did:
10weeks
sustanon 250 2x per week
arimidex throught the 10 weeks (bloat + gyno)
Clomid after finishing
Clean diet (Not going to an extreme here. Intake enough protein especially from real food at small amounts, drank about 1 gal of water per day. Did not drink alcohol during cycle)
cardio 3x per week (light for about 1/2 hour dont like running anyway)
Results= lean, stronger (after week 3 cycle), learned a lot about how I react to test, conquered fear of injecting(didnt even hurt), improved in my diet overall, was very focued at all times.
Would I do another one, dont know.
