OK well as I said in my last thread I'm going to be trying Humalog for the frist time ever....This is what I'm planning
Post workout 10 i.u.s...15 min later
110 grams of carbs{carbo force}
50 grams of whey protein
5-10 grams of creatine...
I'm wondering if it's at all possible to put on 10 SOLID lbs of muscle just from the slin alone? If you guys have any suggestion to add to my Insulin prep it would be appreciated....
