I am new to weightlifting/bodybuilding and I was just perscribed 400mg injection every 2 weeks from Dr. I am 6' and weigh 195lbs. what type of gains can I expect from this dosage/product? Any info. would help as I am new to this.

How old are u, and if u dont mind me asking why u were prescribed 400mg of test cyp, just outta curiosity.

Most doctors prescribe much lower dosages for TRT so your lucky. I would go 200mg every 5-7 days. If I had that amount to work with.
100mg every 5-7 days will put most men in a high/normal range.

So I got a question, now he said he's new to weightlifting. And the majority of responses to guys who say they are new to lifting we always tell them to get there diet and workout routine b4 messin with AAS, but he prescribed it yet he probably doesnt have a real solid foundation yet, how effective will this test be in his workout if he's new to lifting? Just very curious about it, not saying ur not gonna benefit

I am 32. yrs old and I have been working out for a couple weeks now. I feel like I have a pretty decent diet but I am sure that I could still improve both. Dr. perscribed it because of low libido, tired all of the time, loss of mental focus. He didn't write a script he has requested that come into to office every 2 weeks for the injections. My total test level was 586 and free was 12.1. If anyone has a diet plan and workout plan that would compliment the gear I would be most gracious. As I am sure you guys can tell I am not very knowledgeable in this area and I would like to maximize my gains.
 
Right now I am doing a full body routine 4 times weekly, is there a different workout plan that would benefit me better? If so could someone lead me to the water?
 
way too much test for a TRT dose. your test levels are gonna go high and you will start running into side effects like high bp, headaches, insomnia, etc. there is such thing as too much test.

what kind of 'doctor' is this? does he charge you per mg or something? thats not a TRT dose is why i'm asking.. 586 is a great test number, no reason for you to go on TRT at just 32.. you do realize once you go on for a long period of time you will probably have to stay on for the rest of your life. so you better re-think this my friend... thats an awful lot of test your body is producing naturally for you to throw it all away
