First time Test & Deca Question....

Excellent advice again from all of you guys, big thanks to you also Steve. I am going to do exactly as you suggest with the methadrol extreme. Sounds great and I am extremely excited to get going.....but I will have to wait about a month, just (as you said) to make sure I have everything, and then I will be good to go.

One last thing I would like to do, is lay out everything just to be sure I got this correct. Then we can be done with this thread, as Im sure you guys have plenty to do other than continuing to answer the first timers questions over and over.

Weeks 1-8, Test E 250 mgs Monday & Thursday (500/week)
Weeks 1-4, metha-drol Extreme (2 capsules/day)
Weeks 3-8, hcg 250 ius every 4 days (I did order hcgenerate would it be ok to use this from the start and through week 8, or just stick with the hcg as scheduled?)
-PCT-
Weeks 9-12, HMG 75 ius/day & Clomid 25 mgs/day
Week 13 till completion unleashed & anabolic matrix Rx

So thats what I got for my first cycle, if everything checks out with you guys. Appreciate the help the past few days, cant say that enough. Thanks - Joey -

everything is correct except this part.

you want to run the HCG weeks 3-8 until your last injection of test and then up the HCG for the next 2 weeks as your test esthers clear to 1000-1500iu's every 4 days. then run HMG for 2 doses only.. then start the clomid for 3-4 weeks.. then run the natty supps for another month.. then run a blood test and see where your test levels are. you should be well into your recovery phase aka your body is producing test on its own (although not fully recovered, usually it will take time on=time off + an extra month or two)

the purpose of the hcg is to keep your nuts plump to make for an easier rebound.. so it isn't necessary to start it week 1 as your nuts won't start to shrink until week 4-5 area. you can just wait until you start noticing your nuts are shrinking to start it. some guys do not run hcg cause they do not care if their nuts turn to raisins.. to each his own, but in my experience if you have plump nuts going into PCT recovery is much more smoother.. its not expensive or hard to inject so might as well use every tool in the arsenal IMO
 
Hey guys, I had a similair question so I didn't want to create a new thread with my first post on the board. I've been reading a lot of negative posts about running deca first cycle. However, do those same reasons apply to someone about to start a 5th cycle, with a 5 year off period?

From my early to mid 20's, I cycled on and off with great results. I'm 32 now and the past 5 years I have continued to train regularly but without the intensity as my schooling took all my focus. My diet also suffered during that span and the majority of those gain are now gone. In the past few months, I have gradually increased my calories and protein intake in preperation and feel my body is ready. I plan on running Test 400mg/week from weeks 1-12, deca 250mg/week from weeks 1-8, and hcg weeks 8-14 Thoughts?
