Im sure you guys get tired of these posts, so I apologize first hand, but everyone here (for the most part) seems very knowledgeable and has some experience, so this is where Ive come for my advice....
I was just looking for some advice on my first time using Test and Deca, i.e. an idea of how to begin my cycle or cycle it in general, I guess it goes without saying this will be my first cycle.
I have friends who have used it and made great gains, but I havent yet, they have told me how they "think" I should cycle, but your input would be greatly appreciated.
I am 32 years old, 5'11", 178lbs. Going to run a 10 week cycle, currently I am on a workout schedule of 2 days on 1 day rest, 2 days on 2 days rest. I assume that would change when I start my cycle.
My diet is very good (I think), Breakfast - is usually 25-30 grams of protein, 35-40 grams Carbs, 5 grams of fat. Snack - is Protein Shake 30 grams protein O.N. Gold Standard Protein. Lunch - 30-40 grams of protein, 40-50 grams of Carbs, and 7-8 grams of fat. Snack - is protein shake 30 grams protein with fruit. Dinner - is 35-40 grams of protein, 45-50 grams Carbs, 10 grams of fat.
So Im usually around 140-150 grams of protein a day....I think I will start I new shake that will give me more bang for my buck with protein, but Ive always heard good things about Gold Standard.
I read NeedTos sticky on PCT and I want to get this part correct. I was going to take HCgenerate while on, with Forma, and then switch to unleashed with Forma PCT.
Again any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Ive learned a lot just reading the posts from you guys and am excited/nervous to start. Thanks.
