I also know my Diet will have to alter. what would be a good intake of protein carbs and fats with my current cycle. I want to eventually start dropping my carbs and bring my fat intake up farther into the cycle.
I do an hour of Cardio 30 mins of interval training prior to strength training and then 20 to 30 mins of a medium pace walk afterwards.
I am currently about to start running Winny for the first time I was curious on others thoughts. I've ran gear for about 4 years on and off. I was 280 lbs. one year ago but was laid out for a good 7 months. Lost pretty much everything and now ive put about 30 lbs back on. I've brought my body fat down about 4 percent in 2 months with just diet and training. Im at a wall and figured its time to give winny a go. I have Growth hormone on hand as well as T3, Sust 250, Deca 300 and also Winny. I have Nolva and Letro for pct. I know dosage for winny is 50 mg ED. I've just heard so many diferent lengths of time to run it.
