you got great advice and i won't parrot whats been said as it isn't even up for debate the points that were made to you. what is debateable is the cardio question you had.. my advice when it comes to cardio is at your size being only 170 and having such little body fat would be to ease up on cardio and focus on building more strength and size.. at your height you can spend the next year focused on bodybuilding and leave yourself room to gain SOME fat.. maybe get to 5 8.. 180 with 10% body fat. you would look pretty good at that size and i think you would be more happier. so maybe do some walking EOD.. don't do heavy cardio.. this is what i do. you can control a lot of things just based on diet as you know. too much cardio however is gonna make it hard to grow big muscle mass like what I have..
 
That looks like such a difficult stack to attain and remember times, when to do it etc. if i ran just ran test at 250 with anavar for the first cycle hire would that lpok and why are all these extra pct things coming up in suggestions. I men, site i have tread up on them and see/know what they do, but three more simple pct just include clomid. Especially for such a low dose.

And does anyone have any direct specific answers to my questions?

Dylan laid out a great set-up.....If this is "too difficult" then you aren't ready for AAS....

I have a small question. Why do you want to cut bf% when u r already at 9% too much more than that isnt a good idea. Muscles do need some fat on them to work properly ie not cramp or tear pull etc. are u an athlete? Because i am and i find being even as low as 10% for me i cramp easy and pull muscles Or is it just personal choice? I would say anything lower than 8% which btw is super low. Cuz personally im at 13% bf and my stomach/body is shredded. If u want to build real hard muscle why not just stick w the test and then cut what you want after Also i agree on the tren. It is a very nasty string unpredictable compound. It can definatly cause you potentially great harm if used improperly. I would get your feet wet in the world of steroid compounds before trying it. If at all. It does have some great benefits. It destroys fat and big stength gains. But the sides can b bad. Just my humble opinion i could b wrong

you are wrong... in fact you are very wrong... i am 5.7% body fat and am an athlete and have continued to put on muscle as well... everyone has different goals and if that is his goal then there is nothing wrong with it... you are not shredded at 13% man... you might have a good base but are far from shredded... there is nothing wrong with the goal here at all...

He wanted advice and input i gave some from my experiences but it seems like is trying to do two diff results at once and that u cant do You either cut or u bulk. You cant cut/bulk. And btw a lot of people i here i have noticed think they r much more than they arnt i would like to see a pic of your print out of a 6% bf result. Cuz i am at 13 and i look more like 9-10. bro, i have pics all over the internet and all over here so feel free to look wherever and whenever you like... i played basketball in college... now i am a triathlete... i also am a high fashion model... just because you have trouble at a certain body fat does not mean that goes the same for everyone else... for you, it may not work, but i have none of the issues you are referencing... you don't just cut or bulk, you can recomp as well... you can do a lot of different things... i have gained size and cut body fat many times... what he wants to do is very difficult but its possible as well...

If he is already at 9% then bulk first get to size he wants then cut off what he feels need to go. Thats all i was saying. Im a baseball player and played football in highschool and college i always cramoed and pulled cuz i was so lean then probly 8% or less. High fashion model. That sounds like a sweet gig tho thats cool. Also i know the read out tells me 13 but it sure doesnt look like that in the mirror. Maybe the bmi bf thingy at gym doesnt work right. Idk.

the cycle itself needs to be simple but the goal can be whatever someone wants... some people just don't like to bulk, some only do... some people only cut... its just personal preference...
