Ya im always tweaking it. Maybe i will try new excercises. I have just got back into weight training again 3 months ago. Had umbilical hernia surgery so i was down for a month and a half no workouts. So im making my way back. Im 38 6'2" 202lb 13% bf but think thats wrong cuz it sure doesnt look it.

Bro that shit isnt real and I wouldnt buy any of it. If you want something thats going to be effective and real then go to ntbm and get some epistane. Its a top notch ph that will yield solid dry gains. If your looking to get a real ai then get some forma, adex, or aromasin. That pes stuff sounds like bs, but Ive never used it.
