I've been around for years but never actually posted on because i felt i was too young to start, now that im a lot older and been training for about 5 years it would be good to get some advice
I was reading through the 'newbies post'
1 - Age - 21
2 - Lifting History - lifting sinse was 16
3 - Height - 5'11
4 - Weight - 172 pounds
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...) lean (10-15% bfat)
7 - Goals - another 20 pounds of muscle
8 - Proposed cycle - Looks like test only for first time. So 500mg's a week. Im not sure which test though, E, P, S etc. Could i get some help with that?
Should i cycle with anything else? Any other advice would be good.
