first time juicer, please advise for this cycle !!!

25 years old, 193 lbs, 6ft 2about 13% bf


dbol & Test only for 10 weeks (test e?)

test at 500mg wk
dbol 30mg each day for 6 weeks

Gentelmen, your thoughts, advise, and counsel please. ..

How long you been working out? I would say take out Dbol and stick just Test 250-500mg/ew for 10 weeks....What does youre PCT look like?
 
I like it. you will get some great gains with the diet dialed in.

so dbol WITH test e is great. . ? im not sure yet about the PCT, any ideas? i dont want to have any gyno i know that ! so what do you boy suggest. . . ?
woootooom, whats your thoughts about taking out the dbol? ive been working out for at least 3 years. . im just tired of the run around. . . not seeing the results like i want.. . .the best ive ever gotten with creatine and protein was 8 measly pounds. .

Prob because you've been only working out for 3 years, I'd wait another 2-3 years at least get over 200 lbs. Heck 220 would be better.
What's your diet like?

8lbs is pretty respectable bro. Eat lots and train/rest. You sound like you have a pretty solid frame. I would say Test but that's me. You prob won't listen to me but just try it alone to see how you're body just reacts to the Test alone for at least 4 weeks.

PCT I always use Sustain Alpha from Orbit or Needtobuildmuscle has a new thing sort of like HCG I have to look into it more. I always ran HCG and Proviron while on

I have the perception that you are not completely educated in nutrition and excercise. If I've got the wrong impression, I apologize. But do not give that much credit to creatine and protein shakes and steroids, if before that, you haven't organized a good nutrition plan. On top of that, you need to find the right workout plan for your body. It is not the same excercises and frequency for everybody. Each one is different and it takes a few years to discover that. Nutrition and training is the key foundation. AFTER that, comes extra protein, creatine, and all the magic powders.
 
i said AT LEAST 3 years. . . i have been in the gym consistently for the last 3 years and before then as long as i can remember since 17. . . so of course i only know my own experiences but yea your right, my lack of education in the area of supplements and roids because i havent been bold enough to try it. . outside of the pre workout, protein shakes etc.. and yes my diet was for the most part spic and span...

at the peak of me working out i was around 210. . . so that well over 200lbs. anyways, my frame now is 6ft 2, no more than 13%bf if that high... 193 lbs,

wootoom are you saying to first just do the test for the first 4 weeks and then continue on with the plan..?

So you got up to 210, how did u drop down to 190?dieted down?
If we have your diet, we can tweek it around to help you out.
Dbol/test is a great first cycle, I did that as a first cycle! I wanted to wait though, because I am 6'2" as well and waited til I was 225 before I started. It's a tough frame to fill out I know!
Just help us out and give us some more info so we can help u out! :)
