I have the perception that you are not completely educated in nutrition and excercise. If I've got the wrong impression, I apologize. But do not give that much credit to creatine and protein shakes and steroids, if before that, you haven't organized a good nutrition plan. On top of that, you need to find the right workout plan for your body. It is not the same excercises and frequency for everybody. Each one is different and it takes a few years to discover that. Nutrition and training is the key foundation. AFTER that, comes extra protein, creatine, and all the magic powders.
