It would be more than principle. It would be a VERY BAD IDEA to speed up the heart of someone who is that size. No offense inteneded whatsoever, but her heart has to work hard enough already.

that's where I was going with my comment...just was being delicate in my words :angel:
 
Concerns

Do not take any fat boosters that contain caffeine and ephedra, until you get checked by a doctor. This isn't common, but it can happen. Check to make sure your heart is in good condition. A few have had heart attacks from them. Do not use the fat burners continously. Cycle 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off, that's your best bet. I recommend Syntrax's Adipokinetix (good results without feeling wired) with Syntrax's Guggulbolic. Good combo. Train 3-4 days a week with weights, trying to left as heavy as you can for reps (8-12 reps) and do 3 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes. Eat plenty of protein, good fats and a small amount of complex carbs daily. If you got any questions please email me at [email protected]
 
I know this question is gonna sound dumb, but I want to learn as much as I can and I can't learn without asking, so bare with me. What are best sources of carbs, protein and good fats?
 
I will list a few of each. There are more, but here are some to help you out...

Fats:
flax seed oil
Natural Peanut Butter

Carbs:
Brown rice
Oatmeal (not flavored)
sweet potatos

Protein:
chicken breast
tuna
protein powders
