I am a 40 year old male looking to do a first time cycle , my goal is to gain 15 lbs or so over a 8-10 week cycle .
I currently weigh 240 lbs with approx 12 % fat ! my strenght and fitness are way abouve average , for my age . my main goal is to increase my Rugby performance and add some strength for grappling sports I am involved in . Rather than pure bodybuilding !
I have been told that 2-3 shots of Sust 250 p/w would be a good way to go !
Question with good nutrition and training coul I achieve this goal ? and if so when I stop using them how much mass will I keep ?
