First time help please !

I am a 40 year old male looking to do a first time cycle , my goal is to gain 15 lbs or so over a 8-10 week cycle .

I currently weigh 240 lbs with approx 12 % fat ! my strenght and fitness are way abouve average , for my age . my main goal is to increase my Rugby performance and add some strength for grappling sports I am involved in . Rather than pure bodybuilding !

I have been told that 2-3 shots of Sust 250 p/w would be a good way to go !

Question with good nutrition and training coul I achieve this goal ? and if so when I stop using them how much mass will I keep ?

you came to the right place..

yes 500mg of test or sust every week is a good first cycle for you with a good diet and exercise.you also have to think about on cycle ai's in case of gyno and pct

I say just have some adex and letro on hand for your firts cycle and take 500iu's hcg threw out your cycle to prep you for pct..

for pct start 2 weeks after last inject use dermacrin sustain 5pumps every day for 4 weeks...if you need to know were to get any thing let my know

Yes its quite possible with proper nutrition and training im nearly 40 and
the problem i have is its hard to bulk real hard cause you dont burn off
the cals like you do when your 25 so you have to eat clean and sacrifice
some extra size you feel me , and PCT is very important with the already
lower test levels ,but good luck and remender research research ,o and are
you Kiwi or Aussie .

Well from what I understand there is a world cup evry 4 years ! No anything about the last one ? My best mate here is an Aussie , I have to put up with crap every day from him ! lol !
