first time ever

Hey guys, im new to using gear, this is my first cylce ever, as i said in my other post, im on DECA right now, and i plan on using clen / cytomel when im done to cutt. I am 5'10, 175, im really active, i do cardio every day, and ill be playing college sports next year. With the deca, i took 500 mg on my first week, im still on week one. is this a good cylce? week 1 - 500, 2- 400, 3-300, 4-300, 5- 300, 6-300, 7-200, 8-200, is it ok to start off high and go low? And how long do i need to do chlomid therapy for? thank you so much
 
i work out every day, i do high level cardio every day, 3 times a week with a specialized group for college/pro atheletes, and im taking around 120+ grams of protein. i dont want to gain fat though, just gain muscle, i cant get too big, im only looking to gain about 10/15 pounds

unless you weight less that 120 lbs... (in which case you are definately not ready for sterois... which i think is true regardless of your weight)... you need to probably double your protein intake... and if you do this alone (no AAS) you will be able to gain those 10-15 solid fat-free lbs in probably under a year...

One day you're just some pencilneck walking down the street, then you wake up one morning and you look like Andre The Giant. It's gotta cost a lot of $$$ switching up to larger size wardrobes every couple days.

120g total including food? Or as a supplement to your meals?
 
This is extremely pitiful. I really feel sorry for guys who think that AAS is some kind of magic.

It simply goes to show that the lack of research and education is the second biggest downside to AAS...The media hype is still number 1.

gbclax06, get off the roids and get your diet on track first. You have no business with steroids IMO

i squat 420 without roids, i take 120 grams of protien SUPPLEMENTS which doesnt include my diet, i did research the roids so dont give me that BS, and thanks to the one, maybe two people who actually answered what i asked.

After reading your first post its obvious you didn't research what you are putting into your body. There are lots of resources on the net.....use a search engine and start searching.

IMO I would not run the cycle you posted. You gotta say what your goals are and what type of workouts you are doing to get good feedback. Are you looking to retain or increase your aerobic capacity or do you just want to gain 10 -15 lbs of lean mass. What sport are you going to be playing?

You're more athletic than me? LOL Define athletic. I guess you could beat me at a friendly game of tennis? Or a marathon run? But that's about it.

And a 420 squat w/o roids is nothing to boast about when I was doing that weight ass to ankles deep/no wraps when I was 16 and didn't even know what roids were. I was benching 315 for reps at age 16 too. And quit trying to be another internet tough guy. You have know clue who I am, but I assure you I'm bigger and more muscular than 99% of the general population on this planet.

If you showed even one shred of intelligence in your post you might receive more helpful responses. Nothing is worse than a guy that thinks he's smarter than he is-and your ignorant inquiry proves just how much you need to learn.

And read the stickies newb-then maybe you won't make such an ass of yourself the next time that you post. Good luck on not getting "too big" I'm sure it won't be a problem for a workout/roid guru like you.

thankyou, i play college lacrosse , i plan on gaining about 5 to 15 pounds of muscle, i cant get too big because of my position. i want an increase in squat, i want it to be 500 +, and increase in endurance. i i want to increase my aerobic capacity as well.

oh no, a 4.6 40. Hes a beast now! Dude you didnt do your researrch right. Why would you taper deca? Keep it at a steady pace homie. Just work out hard eat right and youll get good results. Good luck brotha. Just remember do let the bashing effect you because a lot of us here were newbies as well.
 
ok ill admit that i probably didnt research far enough into it. which is my fault, i found a prepared cycle on the internet that told me

thanks bca21, with tapering why is that not reccomended? should i stay at 500 mg a week? or can i go down to 400
 
It's only the 1st week-it's not even working yet. Give it a good month and you'll be posting "please help-my weiner's not working" threads.

No, adding Test to your cycle with though. Im not bashing you but you clearly have no clue what your doing. As MR.X said stop the gear, perfect your diet and reasearch the fuck out of gear before you every even think of doing it agian. I honestly laughed when i read your other post when you said i injected 250mg one day and then my friend told me to inject 250 mg the next so i did... HAha 500mg deca a week with no test? I have no expierience with deca but your just asking for a useless dick there,not to mention gyno, but atleast you know the name of an anti -e(clomid)

Dude, as funny as this post is, its very, very true. That deca doesnt kick in for 3-4 weeks. Either get some test or get off totally. And don't ramp it up and down. Get your self some AIFM or Arimidex to run with the deca and test and also through PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). You can do what you want and maybe shit will come out ok (some guys get away with it) but if you run the deca alone theres a pretty good chance that you'll be shooting pool with a rope for a couple months. its on you man... :mix:

if you are playing college sports deca may not be the best aas to use.consedering it stays in youre sistom for up to a year.
