first time ever cutting, need help!!

whatsup everyone. just need a bit of help from everyone on my first cutting cycle ever. my stats are:
24yrs old, 5 ft 6, 236lbs, 17% body fat. ive been training for about 2 and a half yrs, and am finishing up my bulk cycle next wk which has been aratest 500mg/wk {10wk} eq 400mg/wk {10wk} and dbol 50mg/wk {1st 5 wks}. after my last injections next wk, i will go on clomid 3 wks after last injection. after clomid therapy i will take about 4 wks to go very easy in the gym. then i will start to cut which i need help in doing. im thinking of before starting the cycle to take the first 4 wks to just get my diet right, and start the dreaded cardio sessions. im going to need help piecing together this cycle, which i have in my possession as we speak. {tornel t-200, winstrol, boldenon eq, clenbuterol, and t-3, along with liquidex for bloat associated with the test.} i have plenty of everything, i just need diff opinions on how to draw out this cycle, also when to take the t-3 and clen in the cycle. NEED MAJOR MAJOR HELP!!!!!!!!!! ive researched and researched and have an idea but trying to get diff opinions and seeing what has worked best cutting for everyone else..also, is eq and winny best? or substitute fina for one of them? sorry this was soo long guys, just need some info

Try this
Test at 800mg/week for weeks 1-2 and 600mg/week for weeks 3-10
Eq at 800mg/week for weeks 1-2 and 400mg/week for weeks 3-10
Winny at 50mg/Day for weeks 5-10
Clen and E/C/A through out alternating between each every 2 weeks. Start the T3 on week 4 like this 1112223334444333332222211111 1/2 1/2 1/2 (using 25mcg tabs)
Liquidex through out at .50mg/Day
With a good diet and cardio you will love the results from this cycle

mustang,why go with that amount of test on a cutting cycle?why not go with winny and eq all the way through cycle?if test is desired,dont you think test prop would be the best choice due to little water retention?all this along with clen and t3?

Test is great for cutting as it will preserve muscle while on a low cal diet and while on T3 (which can be VERY catabolic in high doses) Also Test can be thermogenic in higher doses as well and the Liquidex will take care of the water retention

This my cutting cycle due up in June.

I am doing 12 weeks

600mg of Eq for 12 weeks
100mg EOD of T.Prop 12 weeks
Clen at .80mcg's every 2 weeks the off weeks will use Xenadrine
Winny 50mg ed for weeks 7-12
Fina 150mg ed for weeks 8-12
Cytomel used at the weeks 8-12 at 1111222233334444333322221111 (these are the pill doses for the days thru out 4 weeks)

And maybe Masteron if I can afford it. Right now Ill maybe head towards buying more Comp TH so I can use 150mg of Tren ed longer than 4 weeks maybe 6 or 7.

Iam 5'6'' 200lbs. Looking to go to less bf at around 184-188lbs
 
Ive heard test can be thermogenic at high dosages,Ive just been to affraid to do to high dosages cuz I feel im at higher risk for gyno than other people.I figured test prop would help with muscle preservation with out the water retention.I myself had alot of water retention with test enathate.others may not....could test prop be taken at high dosages to produce a thermogenic effect?I also didnt know liquidex helped that much with water ret.Ill have to keep that in mind.

Test is Test and yes Prop will work in high doses like any other Test. The Liquidex will stop any chance of gyno and any water retention as well. It is a great investment

Did anyone read his post? He wants to CUT, see. I would avoid the water drugs altogether right now. 800mg test for someone at 17%??? No way. Preserves muscle? Sure it does, but so does being fat. Lets get him down to below ten percent before we start talking about test and such. In fact, gear is not really the issue at all here. Diet is the issue. The challenge is accepting the fact that you are gonna have to lose a lot of weight here, and your body and some of the idiots here are gonna tell you all about muscle preservation and the like...you need to just worry about losing fat for the moment. So...

FIRST, we need to see your current diet, in detail. That way we can analyze what needs to be altered.

SECOND, we need to see your current workout, in detail, for the same reasons.

THIRD, you need to internalize the fact that muscle preservation is immaterial at your bodyfat percentage. It does not even become an issue until you are under ten percent, so don't sweat it for now. Who cares how much muscle you have if you can't see it? Besides, muscle memory will assist more than anything else when we go to rebuild anything that is lost.

FOURTH, try and understand that your diet and exercise routine have more impact than which steroids you use. True, there are some that actually do burn fat, and fina is the one that comes to mind immediately. Winstrol will also do it to a certain degree, but again, they only help insofar as they maximize the results of proper training and diet.

What would I do?

Concentrate on high intensity, short burst cardio sessions. Windsprints, dumbell walks, etc. Do them twice a day, every day. Lift only heavy weights, and do so less frequently than you are at the moment.

Do your first cardio session in the morning before you eat ANYTHING.

Do your last cardio session in the evening after you have FINISHED EATING FOR THE DAY.

Don't make it more complex than it actually is. You need to cut calories and increase exercise. Period. Everything else is commentary and fine tuning.

One approach that works really well for lots of people is to do a five day reduction cycle. Day one, consume 4000 calories. Day two, consume 2500. Day three, 1700. Day four, 1000, and day five, yes...600 or so calories.

Don't get preoccupied with micronutrient proportions. Keep it simple, see. Make about 40% protien, 30% carbs, and 30% fat. You can fine tune it, but in the end, CALORIES are the issue.

Get your mind right and do it. Cutting up is toughest because we get scared that we are getting too skinny. Ignore that feeling. Ripped ain't easy, but it feels good once you get there!

fukkenshredded..u sound like u know what ure on about..so, can u clear up a rumor about cardio and lowering bf%...
I heard that powerwalking at 65-70% on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is the best way to lose fat, as the body will useup fat storage rather than carbs to burn nrg.
I have been doing weights followed by cardio first thing in the morning...is this the right thing to be doing to get lean?
 
Cutting Cycle:

Fina - 75mg EOD weeks 1-10
EQ = 400mg/week...weeks 1-10
Winstrol 100mg ED weeks 1-6
Anavar 40-50mg ED weeks 7-10
Clen weeks 1,2,5,6,9,10 at whatever dosage suits you

You shouldn't use any cytomel unless you incorperate some test to counteract the effects. Just add some T-2 from Biotest of gugul lippids and L-Tyrosine with the clen and that will get you plenty shredded.
 
sounds like some good opinions so far..yea shredded ur right about the dieting and cardio..I KNOW..thats why i posted earlier in my post that the first 4 weeks of my cutting phase i will just focus on the dieting and cardio to reduce that 17% as much as i can before i start the cycle. hmm u dont believe in preserving muslce though by taking test in conjuction with the winnie, and eq, and T3? mustang, the 800mgs sounds a bit high!!! ive never gone above 500mgs in a bulking cycle. this bulk cycle that im on now, which was my 2nd total cycle, ive gained about 23 pounds. well more opinions guys if u can help...thanks
 
Hey since we r on this topic

Look at my last post with my cutting cycle. What do u guys think? Iam alos doing 30-45 min of cardio first thing in morning on empty stomach. 4-5 times a week
