first real cycle

hello ,let me know your thoughts,42 years old male training for 6 years steady .height 511 weight 247 around 23% body fat .
6 years ago i weighed 320 went as low as 215 -but for the last 3 years same weight to the pound .1 year ago started with androgel - then 15 weeks ago went 100mg a week of inj cyp .
yesterday i started first cycle -just starting slow and looking for a little edge and lose some bodyfat and add muscle .
started with
tren 100mg -1/2cc 3x a week
winny stanazol 50mg 1/2cc 3x a week
test prop 400mg 1/2 cc 3 x a week


thats the deal -300 grams of clean protein a day
staying around 2300 calories a day
45 to 60 min cardio a day
train 1 bodypart a day to failure

hey bro...the "just a forty year old guy looking for an edge" statement made me laugh.
I don't really understand what your cycle is saying. Theres alot of different info we need from you. whats your goal? We don't know how long you plan on running these compounds. Seems like a pretty heavy cycle for you first one. Keep it simple. one compound like test prop. As for your training. how many days a week do you workout?
 
What are you goals?
How long are you planning on running the cycle?
What does your PCT look like?

The cycle looks too intense for a first 'real cycle' so to speak. I think your test dosage is too high, personally.

If you're looking to drop body fat and not bulk up a lot, then I would advise against 1.2ml a week of Test....


Also, I would be taking the Winny doses closer together than E3D.
 
the test cyp for 15 weeks wasn't your first cycle?? ;) haha
just use a test( enanthate, cypionate, proinate etc) for you 'first'
What are your goals? add lbm, loose fat?
 
just run test 400ew and winny 50mg ed. that is a good cycle. 400mg of test is not to high. maybe if you where 150lbs it would be but your not. run the cycle like this.

1-8 test prop 400ew minimum 3 injects
2-8 winny 50mg ed (take it ed)
then back on to your trt for at least 6 wks before another cycle save the tren for your next run.
keep some adex in case you start to get gyno issues while your on.
 
Maybe I read it incorrectly...It looked like 400mg x 3 per week.

But now that I re-read it, are you saying '1.5ml' per week? (I.e. .5ml x 3 @ 400mg/ml?) That would equate to 600mg a week.

Can you be more clear in what your dosages are?
 
you need to take your winny every day.

You need to inject the tren and prop at least every other day. Although I always inject my tren/prop mix ed, I like this much better.

training looks like this 1 bodypart a day and 1 hour cardio 5 days a week .
running this cycle for 8 weeks
my goals are -i had lost a bunch of weight
and now i wanna add some lean muscle and maybe actually look like i workout lol -fighting age and genetics but fuck it i am gonna try - love the gym and my new lifestyle just wanna look a little better and have some shape ,

take it easy. more trtaining is not always better. i would look into some shorter splits. 3 day or 4 day. also the cardio. dont do 1 straight hour. try 30mins as soon as you get up and before you eat 3-5 days a wk and 30 mins post w/o on your training days. controll your diet for weight loss. and maybe throw in some ephedrine as soon as you wake up in the morning.

my wife just surprised with a trip to mexico for a week -in 2 fucking weeks from today -great i love her for it but -wanna shed some fat guick any ideas ? hope it wont kill my cycle -positive responses please
