First Real Cycle

Hey Guys,

3.5 weeks (7 shots) into my first cycle

Test Cyp 600mg/week, Mon/Thurs split
12 week total

Stats:
30 years old
6'2"
233lbs (up 3lbs since start)
16% BF

Been lifting off/on since I was 15...carrying plenty of muscle (and too much fat). I was up to 23% BF 1 year ago, but cut it down over through diet / lifting. Started a beginner cycle a Jan 10...looking for input and advice.

I have Anadrol and Deca on hand, but will save those for a later cycle. Clomid and Novla acquired for PCT (UGL blend of 50mg Clom / 10mg Nolva....has anyone ever seen that?). Also bought Arimidex for AI, but my source can't get the bacteriostatic water needed, so that might be a bust. Looking at board sponsors for something else to substitute.

Eating really well, chicken, salmon, steelhead trout, tilapia, sweet potatos, veggies, fruit. Muscle milk in the morning, pro complex post workout, casein shake before bed. ~3800 calories a day.
~9 hours of sleep a night.
Separate BCAAs, glutamine, multivitamin, ZMA, glucosamine, fish oil.

Work out Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat.

I don't mind spending $ to get more if it will help, but don't want to be scammed either.

Took multiple PHs 10 years ago...loved the andro and had great results with it. Was down to 205 benching 355. Don't care about strength anymore, only about physique.


Is it a good to step up the cardio to try to burn more fat right now?
Given my BF%, more calories per day?

3800 calories for a guy your size while ON sounds pretty light, can you post your diet?

Can't answer the cardio question not knowing how much you're doing now...

Thanks EZ. Maybe 3800 is not enough. Kind of kicking myself for not getting slimmer first, so I could gorge without worrying about fat gain.

2 days of cardio right now on a bike, 45 minute sessions. Thought was to add 2 more sessions in the AM per week.

Gaining weight has never been an issue, staying slim is a life long battle.

Hey bro, first thing is to relax. You're in the right place. Anadrol and Deca can def wait until later cycles. Yes, I've seen the mix of nolva/clomid and it should be fine. Now you say, you have Arimidex on hand but no bacteriostatic water? Are your sure you aren't talking about hcg?? You shouldn't need to mix adex with anything as it's in pill form. First cycle looks good bro, not too hard...just right. I would step up your daily calorie intake to at least 4500 and continue to bust your ass in "church" lol. Good luck and ask if you have a question. I've been gone for a while but now I'm back....again.....hopefully for a very long time now.

This is not rocket science, if you have trouble staying lean you need to change your diet, and do MORE than 2 days of cardio..

Diet?

Nolva is garrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbage....and you don't have enough for PCT..

Diet 1st.
