First real cheat meal in over a year... check it

I haven't had a cheat meal since post competition last November aside from maybe an extra serving of meat or peanut butter or something minor like that.

I ate xmas dinner at my aunts house today and was planning on starting to really turn the "shred" on starting tommorrow so I figured what the hell, I everything from turkey to mashed potatoes to stuffing with gravy to broccolli caserole to m+m's to cookies with peanut butter to butter pecan ice cream to apple pie to snickers candies.

I was so bloated I had to take a walk to rid myself of the sick feeling. I then proceeded to having some oreo cookies with chocolate milk with some more M+M's.....

I learned 2 things, that I hate eating like that, it makes you feel sick literally and also like a fat lard-fuck. #2 one bad meal makes you bloated within 30-45 minutes.


Games on tommorrow bro's, just like someone flicked the switch, it's gametime.

I have went from 180 to 198 in 5 weeks eating clean foods, so I topped it off with this shitty meal, I weigh 203 after all the food. I am going to rip it down to 185 6-7% bf at 5"7...... thats my goal.

first cheat meal in a year is absolutely retarted...i don't condone eating like a slob but a cheatmeal here and there is good for u...mentally and physically IMO. i know what u feel about feeling like shit, i went from eating very clean for almost a year straight w/ a cheatmeal every week or 2, but in past 2 weeks i've been eating like a beast, and not lifting as much...back 100% tomorrow w/ diet and training. i only gained about 6lbs though. i had lost too much anyway from too much cardio...
 
I understand where he's coming from. For me, it's too easy to get sloppy with my diet if I allow cheat meals.
 
I so hear you man...ive eaten like shit for like 3 weeks after being so strict for a year...im going back to chicken breasts greenbeans and tuna at 0630...see ya there =)
 
agreed,I diet hard 6 days a week,then on sunday cheat day,usually involves two shitty meals,fast food/pizza,stay good like that,been on it for 5 years now.
