Whats up bros. Been lurking around for months, I feel comfortable now that I've gained enough knowledge to start my first cycle, just have a few last min questions and also want to make sure everything looks good.
Stats:
-23 y/o, lifting for 3 years, solid diet.
-6'1" 175lbs 7% bf
Cycle:
Week 1-10 - 125mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1-10 - 250mg HCG 2x/wk
Week 1-10 - 12.5mg/ED Aromasin
Week 1-10 - 20mg ED Nolvadex
Pct:
-Starting 3 days after last injection
50/50/50/50 - Clomid
20/20/20/20/20/20 - Nolvadex
I'm extremely gyno prone, had to stop a PH cycle 1 week in due to gyno, even soy protein makes my nips itcy. Is 12.5mg Aromasin ED enough? Is it okay to throw in the Nolva as a precaution, or should the aromasin be enough protection? My goal is a lean 10-15lbs. Would a 500 cal surplus be enough to achieve this, obviously I would have to keep adjusting cals as I gains weight? I only ask because, I really don't know what to expect to be able to eat while "enhanced" and not get fat.
