First Prop Cycle

Whats up bros. Been lurking around for months, I feel comfortable now that I've gained enough knowledge to start my first cycle, just have a few last min questions and also want to make sure everything looks good.

Stats:
-23 y/o, lifting for 3 years, solid diet.
-6'1" 175lbs 7% bf

Cycle:
Week 1-10 - 125mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1-10 - 250mg HCG 2x/wk
Week 1-10 - 12.5mg/ED Aromasin
Week 1-10 - 20mg ED Nolvadex

Pct:
-Starting 3 days after last injection
50/50/50/50 - Clomid
20/20/20/20/20/20 - Nolvadex

I'm extremely gyno prone, had to stop a PH cycle 1 week in due to gyno, even soy protein makes my nips itcy. Is 12.5mg Aromasin ED enough? Is it okay to throw in the Nolva as a precaution, or should the aromasin be enough protection? My goal is a lean 10-15lbs. Would a 500 cal surplus be enough to achieve this, obviously I would have to keep adjusting cals as I gains weight? I only ask because, I really don't know what to expect to be able to eat while "enhanced" and not get fat.

can you handle all the injections eod for 10 wks ?? if so go ahead but I would go with test e or c for you 1st cycle with an oral.. try to eat around 5000 cals ed and you'll see great results .. eat every 2 hrs proteing and complex carbs . good fats are essential as well as veggies and fruits, snack on mix nut almonds etc to get the calories up..

I've done peptides where I injected 3 times a day and of didn't bother me, so I should be okay with eod. The reason I chose prop alone was because it is my first cycle, I want minimal blood and if gyno flares up be able to pull the plug relatively quick. I'm maintaining at ~2,500cal right now, I would love to jump into 5000cals, but I would definitely put on fat, which is the opposite of what I want to do. I was thinking more like 3000 and go from there?

when u bulk you expect to put on some fat just try to minimize it.. at 6ft 1 you should be weighting above 200lbs, Im 6ft 205lbs my goal is 225lbs get my point , atleast shoot for 4k cals,

bottom line eat big to get big no junk food though focus on compund exercises, good luck

I agreee, just trying to keep the diet clean. Last bulk I put on 20lbs of fat. Took a long ass time to get as lean as I am now. But ouch, I hope pip pain isn't THAT bad. I'll be using 25gauge pins. Where did you inject?
