First Post...First Question...HELP!!

This is my first post to this forum, and i have been visitng here a lot and trying to learn new things from the expercienced ppl here, and i really had learned loads of stuff.. thanks to all you of you

I still have a question.

I am about 195, been training for about 4 yrs on and off, i used to skip a lot cause of college and work.

I have done two cycles in the last year, after i kept reading and educating my self about it for a while.

I finished my second cycle about 2 weeks, ago which was sus/deca/dbol. It was a 12 week cycle.

MY question is since long time i have a big belly, and it hasnt gone bigger cause i always been eating clean, but i never cut, i always bulk.
Now i started to hate that belly, its like my waist is about 35 and my chest is about 42.

So what should i do now, cardio and low carb diet, or something else. or shall i keep bulking then do a cutting period

I have clen, GH(which i bought and never used) and got some t3. I dont want to mess with things i am not aware of?

I think you have the right idea...I never wanted to cut either, but I did it last winter for two months before my 1st cycle...I used TKD (targeted keto diet) where you stay low carb except for carb ups before workouts and after. It worked for me, I dropped a couple of inches off my waist and either maintained or increased muscle measurments. This was without gear, by the way.

Good advice. I also use a carb-controlled approach. I can lose fat without sacrificing muscle and energy. Also, 20 or 30 minutes of fairly intense cardio in the AM, on an empty stomach (and don't eat for 20 minutes after), 3 or 4 times a week works wonders for me.
 
send me the gh and I'll give you my opinion.........jk. what I would do.. I would buy some themogenics such as t-rex and yohimburn es then get into a strict diet and do cardio 3 times a week after your workout and that will do it. it did for me I was in the same boat as you but in my case i only used the yohimburn es only, but t-rex is compared with dnp. imo.

Right idea, next cycle try some Primo, I think you will be very pleased from the results. Much easier to go right into cutting phase and you will love the way it feels with sust.
 
Thanks guys for the info, but another thing. Should i stay out of all carbs, or just simple carbs, and low complex carbs?
 
I'd say get rid of the T3 and GH. You don't need it, especially as a novice. Especially the T3. I don't mess with thyroid hormones (to each his own though). I'd wait till after your PCT is done (which you shouldn't be starting for another considering you used Deca and Sus) before you start cutting calories.

Low carb is the way to go as far cutting. Lots of cardio in the AM as well.
