I used to be kinda fat once, but then i started working out. I want to grow both bodymass and strength, and need some guidence along. So please critique and tip me here.. Most appreciated, if you do
 
nobody could call you "kinda fat" now, dude!

you have an excellent base goin' on there for future development.

ovserve here and learn!!
 
Stick to basic movements and make sure you diet is spot on. You will continue to make great progress!
 
you could use some size on your arms, to balance your developing physique. with elaborate tatt work like yours you should really work on your arms, AND forearms to enhance.
 
for a years work, great job, diet, training and rest are the keys for growth and strength. keep what your doing. nice traps

I know.. but see, the problem is, no matter how hard i work em, and give em rest afterwards, nothin helps. I do the squat-thingy, the deads and for my weight (180 lbs) its even harder to obtain bigger arms. Not to sure bout the lbs system, i use the metric, but i bench 125kg, deads 190kg and squat about 160. But the arms are the f.... problem, allways. Thats why i need tips, some guidence and stuff m8.
 
deads and squats very important for mass, bench for chest. are you doing any arm isolation exercises: curls? etc. maybe want to do twice a week. maybe you can seek advice on the training forum.

once you have some triaing and natural growth, see what bodybuilding can do for you...you may consider going to the dark side. :evil: but you are not ready for that.

I`m doin isolation exercises for the arms. I work out four times a week with 1.5 hour every time, one day for legs, one for back, one for chest/shoulders and one for arms.I asked someone sometime, maybe in another forum `bout this, cause it really bugs me. Told me to rest a lot, not over-train `em, and get some real good workouts with deads and squat, because of the hormone it releases. Btw i do the 5*5 routine-thingy.. perhaps not the best thing to do.. anyway, gonna check out the training forum..
