First pic I have ever posted so be gentle

Just thought I would share a picture of myself. I would like some critique of my body. I know these are not the best pics to judge me by, and I am not much of a poser but I did the best I could. I can post more later but these are all I have. I am 5 10 and 202 lbs. I am 31 yrs old and have been lifting on/off for a long time. I have just finished a dbol cycle(still a little bloated )and am looking to hit a omna 250 or 500mg weekly cycle next month. Any thoughts on that or Any help or constructive criticism is very much appreciated. Thanks, Small

Thanks wootoom, I havent had a lot of time to workout while running the country. I am currently out of the country dealing with russia and germany. I have also been on new workout plan with Dick Cheney. I do appreciate your compliment on my face ! :wavey:
 
are you really 31 ? and 202 ? hmmmmmmmmmm I would guess like 5'7" maybe 170 or something............ you hide the weight really well.

anyway........ chest is lacking as well as muscle definition.... drop your BF% a bit and try working the lats so you get more of a v-taper going. you posted no leg or back shots, so it is hard to fully judge you honestly. I cannot see your abs either because your arms are blocking.

but karma for posting pics......... keep lifting !!!

Thanks for the input bro, I am 31 ( 32 in summer ) you sound surprised that I am that age ? Did you think I looked older or younger ? Maybe it was the lines in my face !! LOL. I am 5 10 and 202. I hear that I dont look 200 lbs all the time. I carry quite a bit in my legs(mostly muscle) so that is my guess as to the weight not looking right. I will try to post some more pics, back and legs next week , I have to borrow a buddys camera again. Chest has always been a bitch for me to grow. I am trying a new routine now though so we will see what happens. It all takes time and believe me I am harder on myself than anyone and it WILL happen for me. Thanks for the critique and please look for my others next week. :)
 
I agree with Mikeyboy604. Get that diet 100% to bring out those muscles. They are there. Show them. You will be fired up when you can see the striations and fibres moving. Great job so far. Keep it up. Karma.
