First log, Test, Mast, GH + peps

Afternoon fellow gym rats this is my first ever log I’ll be using this platform kinda like an accountability mirror but also a way to track my own progress. I am currently doing a small recomp before the next cycle to improve insulin sensitive and decrease BF% to maximise the cycle benefits. I am a med student and soon to graduate so I am starting up this log now before the real fun begins. With studies ending soon I will have more free time to enjoy the gym without my cortisol levels being sky high!

Initial cycles aged 26 weighed in at 66kg with approx BF 15-17%. (Was quiet malnourished, had no proper meal plan or protocol around caloric intake) During this period I had 5 years of “powerlifting” experience (take the emphasis around powerlifting with a grain of salt) and tried to not gain size but rather just strength. After switching to more hypertrophy based training I found a lot more enjoyment in the gym again, and quickly discovered how important nutrition was…. With the help of a professional coach giving me some much needed direction on nutritional needs alongside some advice around anabolics the rest was history.

The first 2 cycles I went from the 66kg and I achieved 81kg approx BF 12-15%. Cycle lengths were approx 16 weeks per cycle. (Was considerably lean for 5000 cals, however did a lot of cardio during the bulk)

The compounds utilised were.

Test E, Mast E, Primo and Anavar.

Injection Freq M,W,F

Test 300-400 weekly.

Primo 150 weekly

Mast 150 weekly

Anavar 20mg daily on training days.

The following 3 cycles I included nandrolone (NPP specifically) and have now removed it due to some unfortunate and sudden increases in my hemoglobin and hematocrit due to being quite sensitive to the compound. (Or so I’m theorising as it was the main variable that changed) This resulted in the cycles being cut short to around 10-12 weeks. Mainly leaving me with high BP and a sour taste in my mouth and frustated that I needed to end it early each time.

To further clarify diring my first 2 cycles, my hemo and hemato levels were nowhere remotely close to the same levels before adding NPP.

Fast forward to present day

Hey fellow gym rats decided to do weekly updates which will included all the daily meals, gym sessions and details rather than daily updates due to time constraints, might move to daily once my degree is finished in a few weeks. This weeks update is quiet shitty, Monday morning I woke up feeling unwell with a sore throat and blocked nose and had worsening symptoms as the day progressed and by Tuesday morning woke up with covid which turned into a chest infection. So last weeks meals weren’t tracked as I ate like a mouse and wanted to spew after every meal. We still tried to get between 150-200g of protein. 0 training sessions last week and over quality of life was very shocking. This long without a training session makes you feel like worlds going to end but, today is new day and the start of a new week.

After a decent rest and recovery week, we will smash our goals this week. The program will change for this week as we have work and uni class currently on Monday’s, start work from 5 am until 2 pm and then uni class from 2 - 5 pm so program will follow a Tuesday - Saturday schedule in the intermediate. As previously mentioned we start our cut and will be introducing 2mg of Reta every 5 days and will document the weight changes and do a bit of shred reveal at the end before we hop on cycle. Before the cycle starts we will do a sexy little bloodwork panel and ensure all markers are sitting in a good spot and then go crazy!

We lost 1.5kg last week from being sick so we are sitting at 91.2kg this morning. (Obviously reduced glycogen stores) we are feel very weak and depleted but will be scoffing down food this week! Sleep has overall been decent, Wednesday we slept 11 hours straight, so the body clearly needed some recovery from the illness. We are feeling about 80% today hoping to feel closer to that 100% during the week especially when we throw some weights around again!

Sorry for the poor update lads, will be documenting and get photos of all meal preps, meals, training regime and all other metrics this week for next weeks update!

We started today strong got all our meals in and feeling a lot better after some good nutrition. Definitely looking forward to a fat gym session tomorrow. Attached some of today’s meals this will be shown again in next weeks weekly update.

Some exciting news some we will be exclusively be using @Norvex GH for this up coming cycle and will be document and providing that good good bloodwork’s aswell 😈

Kind regards,
Gymjunky96.

Hello fellow gym rats going to attempt daily’s here’s how faired today. Considering we had a last week of and pretty hit or miss over last 8 weeks we faired alright. Those numbers should jump right back up now that we are ontop of our nutrition. Also making sure we get our daily supplements/meds in.

1 @ 100kg x 10 reps
Chest flys
3 sets @ 89kg x 12 reps
Chest press
3 sets @ 82kg x 10-14 reps (very slowed controlled eccentric phase) - reps fell off in last set.
Preacher curl machine unilateral

Bicep cable curl bilateral (facing away from stack)
1 set @55kg x 12 reps

Water consumption 4L + electrolytes and 3g of NA.
Sleep total was 7 hours and 46 minutes.
Step count 10 000+.
Spent rest of the day comatose working on uni work and studying.
