iv been able to run up the stairs lately, so i do...

forgot the power of squats (and how much they suck). went to run up my stairs and as soon as i tried to push off with my leg i collapsed on the stairs...ow,

Subliminal, The only thing that's sore with me is slightly my hamstrings but I was very careful not to overdo it. You are the inexperienced. I hate being sore for a week after the first workout, so I took it way light and slow. do it.

i only did 4 sets of squats and 2 sets of leg curls today...

they arnt that sore, yet just weak as fuck
