First ever delt injection today.

Under the advice of someone on the board I shot 100mg Fina into my right delt yesterday and the same to my left today. He said to workout an hour after the shot. so I did. Mother &@&#^*@ *#&*suckin Sonof a%&*^$ . J/K
It hurt like hell. Every pump felt like my delts were gonna blow. Well I hope it was worth it. Thanx

Welcome to the club bro. LOL They hurt like a bitch, but it's all worth it. I love using delts, it's so easy. What are you using? I use a 20 guage 1inch, goes in nice and smooth.

Im using a 22 G 1 inch. It goes in fine and doesnt hurt all that much, but during the workout its a pain in the ass. I like them better than Glute shots, but I dont know if I can shoot my delts every day.

Try a 25 guage 5/8 pin, and feel the difference.
