First Ever Cycle - Test E & D-Bol

Here i come boys. After much deliberation and reading this board few a long time im please to announce i have joined the dark side.

Had first shot yesterday into my arm. Went fine got a mate to do it but its a little sore today :(. Cant wait for the d-bol to kick in . . how long does it usually take? A week?
 
You will see the scale move by the end of the first wk and i feel the d'bol then to but i know what i looking for , id say 2 wks in and your strengh and pumps will be great .

Your delt will get better as it gets use to the gear mate .

Delt still sore today so i trained legs this morning.

Squats 4 x 12
Lunges - Stepped all around the gym until i felt like i was going to spew
Calves - Raises to 70 reps 10sec rests
Abs

Got some BCAA's today and a good multi.

Standing Dumbell
Hammer Curls
Barbell Curls

My delt where i had my first pin is still bothering me, its not as sore as yesterday but a little red around the area and still tender to touch . . . i'll post a pic

What size pins are you using .

And your mate got it correctly in the delt some where near your tb shot not to low .?

TB shot from the doctor right? The spot we hit was high on the redness in the pic but i wiggled it around a bit when it was in there :( I'm pinning my ass next time f8ck going through that again.

Had second shot into my right glute on Saturday, was really easy and didnt hurt one bit. Woke up Sunday with a little pain at the base of my spine for some reason it was a bit odd and my ass check is a little sore but nothing like my delt problem.

Grabbed 16kg dumbells and went lunging around the gym about 10 steps per leg.

Also gents i went and saw this guy at GNC and he was totally try to sell me all this stuff i should be taking while on cycle. Im currently taking milk thisle, multivitamin, BCAA's, flaxseed & creatine now what else should i be taking? Do i need stuff for my heart etc?

What should be my dosage for my milk thisle caps? I them from GNC
 
Glad to hear about the second shot .

You have all the main bases covered , could you run more supp's sure, do you need them prolly not.

For the milk thistle follow the directions on the bottle .

Just make sure your diet and training is spot on and get your sleep.

PS ; "spot on" an Aussie term for dialed in :)

Been a real busy week with uni exam and assignments so i haven't had time to jump on here and update. I have been training hard though and had my third shot this morning. I will update properly soon.
 
Sorry Gentlemen i have had uni exams this week and one more assignment to do next week so i have been really busy.

Had 4th shot this morning and this will be my last week on D-Bol. The pumps at the gym on d-bol are quite simply out of this world.

Trained chest this morning, i have been keeping a diary so i will have to transfer that information into here. I have been eating well though and lots too lol . . . im just so hungry ALWAYS HUNGRY!. Went to the markets this morning and bought a kilo of eye fillet, my chicken breasts for the week, fresh eggs and vegetables. i plan on doing a big cook up to make up for last week cause i was just so damn busy.

I have been focused on training my legs too. I always neglected training legs but realised how important they are in your bodies physical training. Squats, lunges, leg press and step ups i have been hitting hard. My calves still look quite under developed though i wish they would grow!

Im still here guys !!!

Mate usually around $100. I like having nice tasty fresh produce.

Played touch football last night and my injection site (glute) is killing me right now OMG! Usually goes away in a day.
 
i dont know if the test has kicked in yet? What am i looking for? I am fucking like a champion and have great strength gains but i put that down to the d-bol. Should i upto 500mg a week? raaaaah!

UUUHHHH OOOOOOO SPAGETTI OOOO's!!!

I have itch nipples and they were a little sore last night damn!!

So i guess its time i break out my stash of A-Dex how much should i take?

I am hammering my girl like a fu*kin champion at the moment its like im 17 all over again lol. Been setting PB's on all the weights now. Now im six weeks in i believe any first timer doest need more than 250mg a week! All those bros recommending 500mg a week for first timers are kidding themselves.

2 exams to go this week and then ill be back on here a bit more, sorry for being so brief.

Strength is through the roof now its phenomenal.

I was doing incline dumbell press last set i did 50kg each dumbell 5 reps, listening to Killswitch Engage hahaha. I think guys at the gym are starting to clue on now lol. . . . . Silly rabbits!
 
Exams are over thank god for that now i can concentrate on my training.

This Saturday i'll be coming upto 8 weeks, guys any advice should i keep going until the vile is finish or save it for the next cycle?

Starting a similar cycle, first cycle ever

Going to run enanthate 400 mg per week for 12 weeks, along with dbol 30 mg Ed for 8 weeks.


Is this going to be sufficient? Please let me know!!
