I used to think that deads were the worst because I could never get my form right, and I felt like my body couldn't bend that way. Additionaly, I was always completely dead after them.
Now after about 3 months of dead, I've gotten used to them and my form is decent. I actually like doing them now
Holy Shit dude me too! I did them for the first time in probably 2 years just to see how much I could do. I did a 1rm with the same weight 385. I felt I had 405 in me but I had just done a leg workout and since I never do deads I didn't want to push it, not to mention I only thought I would barely be able to get 315.
