Today is my third day on four pills in the AM. Today the effects were much more pronounced. I was in a super good mood and I had awesome energy all day at work. I took 6 AMP02 pre workout and I totally hit the roof. I love this stuff. I ordered a bottle of Lipo today for my slob manager and I am taking some to a female coworker who is a weekend warior endurance athlete. Whoa, that isn't much at all, and you can't even sleep?
I can feel the boost with 4 tabs (although I haven't went lower), it takes like 45min-1hr to kick in. The effects last for about 3 hours I'd say if you're doing the recommended 4 cap AM/PM dosing.

I took some at night a few days ago when I went for a run because I didn't feel like sitting in the gym like a schmuck on the exercise bike. I went to bed an hour later with no problems.
