fuckin amazing.........

i got barely 6 hrs of sleep the night before, popped 3 in the am and 3 pre workout.........

i was awake in school all day today......didnt doze off at all, except a few mins in economics because that class would put me to sleep if i was on cocaine ....

fuckin high energy all day, cardio was EASIER than usual, stuck perfectly to my diet, kept my hunger satisfied all day.....

Whoa, that isn't much at all, and you can't even sleep?
I can feel the boost with 4 tabs (although I haven't went lower), it takes like 45min-1hr to kick in. The effects last for about 3 hours I'd say if you're doing the recommended 4 cap AM/PM dosing.

I took some at night a few days ago when I went for a run because I didn't feel like sitting in the gym like a schmuck on the exercise bike. I went to bed an hour later with no problems.
