so i am diciding i need to start getting in shape and lose a bit of weight before the season starts in 2 weeks, and today was the first day of my regime change.
i was going to do the eliptical for 30 minutes as a start, and i get down there, get on it, and after 2 minutes i dicide fuck that...why not save my energy for when im FORCED to run in practice.
and then i made myself some eggs
