good deal bro.. slow and easy. i will encourage you with the fact that i had 3 spurs removed from my shoulder , the bursa removed , the tendon put back in place and the rotator looked into back in jan. of this year.. 6months now and i benched 325 for my last set monday of 5 reps.... i started out barely able to lift the bar once in march... take it slow and strectch out right everyday.. good to see you back and getting ready to do well..
