First Cycle

23, 6'0, 190 lbs, around 10% bodyfat and i've been lifting for about 8 years. My goal for this cycle is to put on as much muscle mass as possible. I've always been naturally very lean, and my calorie intake is around 5k, fairly clean. I'm on a 4 day lifting schedule right now.
This will be my first cycle. I have 2 bottles of Test 250, and a bottle of deca.


What length of a cycle would be best?
How much test and deca should I do per week?
What is the best on-cycle anti estrogen I should be on and when should I start?
What is the best pct to run on this cycle?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
you could run an oral kickstart... tbol or dbol are both good kickstarts depending upon your goal... tbol being toward the lean muscle gain while dbol will be more towards mass... i always recommend running anavar or winstrol on the back end of the cycle to shred up the gains...
 
1-12 test e 500 mg week
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
7-14 hcg 500 iu's week or hcgenerate

15-18 clomid 25/25/25/25
15-18 unleashed/post cycle combo
15-18 forma stanzol
15-18 daa powerchews or powder
