Alright, I am making this to start a discussion on the 1gram of test e for 12 weeks dispute. After hitting a natural platue, I'm not sure where that is, I've gone from 135-195 in 1.5 years, so who knows where it is for me. I'm assuming it's 210 with 10 percent bodyfat, so I'm guessing another year will get me close enough. I am planning on competing asap, so let's here some hearty opinions. Thanks for your contribution!

so you've hit a plateu while training naturally? you went from 135 to 195 in 1.5 yrs. of training naturally? that's pretty damn good if that's true. All of that is muscle? I find that really hard to believe, I don't know of anyone who can do that much gaining while hitting the aas hard as hell. But only you know what's true and what's bullshit. I'm not ragging on you, just trying to understand what's gonin on before i give my 2 cents. Anyway, if you have not done any aas cycle before now, then don't start with 1 gram of test. There is just no need for that dosage if you are just starting. Maybe start off with 500 mg/week of test. You will make great gains with that to start off with.
 
Too goddamn young to be talking about one-gram first cycles. Locked, AGAIN.
