First cycle ?

Ok after some of researtch this is what i came up with for a first cycle.
Keep in mind that this is ment to be a fat burning tone up strength gaining and cut cycle. i hope

1. Jintropin eod 2iu first 10 days then 3iu for 70 days then 2iu for 10 days splitting the dosage into 2 pokes a day.

2. After 2 monts into jintropin start deca at 100mg and 175mg sust for 2 weeks then go to 200mg deca and 250mg sust for 8 weeks then back to 100mg deca and 175mg sust for 2 weeks.

3. Can anyone recomend any anti-e for this cycle still lookin around at that info but i thinkk i should run some anti-e.

4. PCT is 100mg first week and 50mg second and third week.

5. 300mg epadriene (dont think i spelled that right) ed.

DIET

1. 2000 to 2200 calories ed.

2. as little fat intake as i can ed.

3. 200g to 250g protein ed.

4. 300g good carbs ed.

TRAINING

1. higher reps lower weight with a once a week power session standard eod lifting chest arms lats shoulders one day next day back and legs and so on.

2. 1hour to 2 hours swimming ed and eliptical 20 min ed.

i plan to start this cycle in about a month from now. how does it sound. i am starting with the jintropin to help stregthen mt ligs and tendons as well as for the fat burning properties and everything else positive it will do.

1. You're gonna take 1iu of gh at a time?? Not worth it. Just take it all at once, you're only doing 2-3iu anyways.

2. I wouldnt use deca for your goals. You'd be better off with something like var, primo, winny, eq, etc.

And there's no need to pyramid or taper sust. Sust does that for you. Just run it at a steady dose all throughout the cycle. Anything less than 250mg is a waste. Normally I'd say 500mg, but it's your 1st cycle so you should be fine with 250.

Thats ridiculous bro... horrible first cycle... go 300-500 test /week for 10 weeks... No reason to do 100 deca... to suppressive to do a low dose...

You said PCT 100mg first week 50mg second? do you even know what substance you are talking about... I assume you mean clomid by your doses but do you even know that?

Check out the pct stickys... in short its HCG 1000 IU ED last week of cycle, nolvadex@20mg and/or Clomid 150 day 1, 100 day 2-14 50 day 15-21...

GO EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU DO AAS AND GROWTH
 
You don't need GH or deca in a first cycle. You need to do some more research. And not just on choice of drugs. Why would you be keeping fat intake as low as possible?
 
clomid is what i was going to go with for pct and i have a friend who did deca and sust in that cycle he had verry good results from it. as i said i am doing the gh to help strenthen my tendons and ligs so there is less chance of injury and to help with bf reduction but not solely for bf as well as all the other things it can do (to many to list). i have asked some bros who know about gh and they agreed that gh for 2 months before i go with aas. i might extend the gh to a total of 4 months. i also am a little nervous about the sides of the aas and as this is a first cycle i dont want to shock my body too mutch but i dont want to have this be a waste.

as far as fat intake i have read several studies on lo fat diets vs lo carb diets and in 99% of them the lo fat took longer to loose bf but the results were better on the body (less mussle loss and more fat loss).

i also have a specialist for my 2 ruptured disks in my back (fortunatily he is the ortho for the ravens and orioles) he gave me some steriods and said this is what the sports pros use. i dont remember what it was. as of late my back has bin killing me and he said stengthing my back and loosing weight would dramaticly help with the pain so i dont have to keep taking these pain killers. so in short i have many reasons for this cycle but if i will get better results with something else other than deca then i am all ears and of course i will do research on all the aas. i read about them for at least 3 hours a day to educate myself. i am one of those ppl that wants to know everything about what i am taking.

You don't need to do low fat or low carb. You can have days where one or both are low, but you should definitely be including both in your diet.
 
You need to do a little more research... a good strength/toning/cutting cycle is obviously
Winstrol/Clenbuterol or Test/Clenbuterol. An even better option for your first cycle (while your receptors are virgins) is to go with a Test/Deca/Dbol cycle and put on some serious mass... 20lb+ People will know you are on something though. After this you can do a cutting cycle to reduce the fat and leave your muscles ripped and exposed!
