Im 6 foot 225lbs im not sure on the bf maybe mid teens .. Someone at my gym told me to get some t3 with deca or sust with deca .... can someone tell me whats up here thanks alot .....
 
sust250 500mg/wk divided in two shots per week per say mon-thurs to keep the blood levels stable, and deca at 400mg/wk. for at least 8-10 weeks.

Just check out a few drug profiles on websites and see the information about those steroids. May as well check em out just so you know what your gonna be chucking into your body ster0idology.com is good for profiles.
 
i agree with jeb0177. Read a lot of reviews and do alot of searches. Get a solid understanding of what you are looking for. i'm on my first cycle and what people tell me and what i'm learning now, what they say isn't always 100% true CAUSE everyone is different. Start simple, with a test and dbol. See how your body reacts. Then look into the better stuff. Sus is a combination of 4 tests, and deca is a great AS but a lot of people don't care for it. Start with a test and see what happens.
 
Search and read, search and read, then search and read some more! Been searching and reading for the past three years and still learning. Knowledge is key!

the type of juice you use should be partly based on your goals...exactly what are you looking to achieve???
 
Who is this guy at the gym? Is it someone you trust? If he were really interested in helping you he would have explained things a little more dont you think? anyway there is a lot of info here stick around read up on those compunds and how they may react in your body..also sounds like maybe you want to cut? lot of diet info on the diet board give it a try ...
