First cycle.....???

Yo!

I am currently considering doing my first cycle, but i have a little bit elevated blood pressure from nature`s side.... What BULK cycle would be good for a novice, without elevating the bloodpressure much further???

I am considering an 8 week sustanon cycle:
week 1-8: 500mg of sustanon 250
week 11,12,13: Clomid..

Would you think that i should get a lot of anti e`s for this cycle??

By ther way: When is the possibility of developing gyno from sust the highest?? (i think someone said from week 3 and out...)

ps: i have heard that 250mg sust a week is to little for a guy my size.....
 
Well, from what I have learned you don't need a whole lot of gear for your first cycle. I don't know how big you are either. Me personally...well I would cycle up and then back down, in the middle of your cycle get your highest levels and cycle back down so is not to crash hard. I would get some anti-e too, everyone talks about proviron. I have never used that all I used was clomid and kept novadex on hand if I felt symptoms of gyno.
 
As far as the dosage goes, you could start with 250mg of Sust weekly instead of 500mg. Since the sust has extended half life, with each weekly injection the test level will be elevated.

I realize most people will recommend to inject 500mg of sust weekly. I have seen many first time cycles with 250mg of sust weekly show significant gains.

I also like the idea of starting at 250mg a week then moving up to 500mg a week when considering sust for first time cycle.
 
I am 1,82m tall, veight 98kg..

I have a powerlifting background: squat 250kg, bench 180kg and deadlift 250kg...

I do not know how many punds or etc etc it is, however if you can understand my KG description, it would be good..

Currently at LOW bodyfat..
