First Cycle

Thanks for the advise guys, Im probably gonna do sust250 every 5 days...for 10 weeks. If my calculations are correct that's only 14 shots...see thats where my n00b mind takes me, never thought of it as 5 day increments...thought to hit a cycle you needed 20 minimum...anyways bigkid yeah I know my diet is'nt great but its greatly improved if you can believe it. I know I still have to eat alot more, but I dont really know how to cook and my parents arent the type to cook in the house often (no excuses though) gotta find a way to eat better. I do plan on using two mrp's a day and a 50g protein 0 carb shake at midnight as a snack...those three right there are bound to help me. Now I just have to find some decent meals and some good heavy food's to go inbetween the shakes...

Let me know if ya got anymore advise, thanks guys

I fail to understand your obsession with the 0 carb shake! that should be the last thing you're worried about. If you are the hardgainer you claim to be, and you are undereating throughout the day... I would devour half a box of pasta ( potato gnnochi was my weapon of choice during bulking :) ) along with that shake before bed, if cutting fat is your speciallity why not put forth full effort into bulking?

You need 15 amps for a 10 week cycle if you are shooting e5d. Your first injection is day 0. I always make this mistake unless I plot it out on paper.
 
Seriously, you should go w/ 2 shots a week for 10 weeks. One on Sunday, the other on thursday. 500mg/wk of sust is a nice cycle. I am in week 10 of this cycle, and am very please w/ the results.

sust: 500mg (wks 1-10)
HCG: 500 UI (wks 11 & 12)
clomid: wks (13-16)
nolv on hand just in case.

As for your diet. You need to eat a minimum of 3500 cals...you say your a hardgainer.

You should have no trouble hitting 200lbs by the end of this one.

and don't worry about carbs,eat good and clean(No McDonalds/fast foods) lots of tuna,fish,chicken,egg whites,turkey,fruits & veggies mark my word ...you'll grow.

Yeah I havent eaten none of that fast foods stuff since before I was in high school, don't drink any soda's either, just water for me, and skim milk for my shakes...Went out to the supermarket today and bought a bunch of tuna and some other stuff. looked up some theads of what pepole eat, If I dont like its going down the throat one way or another..I will get big. Like Glass_Joe says a couple post ups

Im gonna have to look into that HCG and clomid stuff, don't hear too much people in miami talking about post cycle therapies or what to do
 
I'm not sure as to why its not necessary to take the deca, but I can tell you from what I've learned on this board, that I don't think I"ll ever take a cycle with deca in it. It's really not worth it, If I am right in my assumption deca is the most prone to GYNO and I dont want that, plus it shuts down your nuts and I don't want that either...I've done research and sustanon and some other test's seem to be the better of the juices....primo, sustanon...Im now going ot start doing some research on EQ, to see if I use that for a second cycle, If I ever get to it.
 
I was told to look into EQ, as opposed to Deca. So I think I'm going to do the same.

I read a post that recommended taking Deca mid test cycle. To solidify gains, any truth to that?
