First Cycle

Wassup bro's, CONSIDERING first cycle, Age almost 23, 6'1 175 lbs...been training off an on for a couple of years now, like any teenage that likes to party would...been hitting it real hard for about 8 months now, I'm doing better now than ever before, people are noticing nice gains, Im using Creatine Monohydrate only on the days I train an hour before I train. Glutamine three times a day, and two LEAN BODY mrp's a day, to help me reach 5-6 meals. My goal is to get to about 190-200lb's. (Always been tall and slender) Want to get (Tall and Big).

Anyways let me stop boring you guys, Considering 10sust's and 10deca, from what Ive researched to be a good beginner's cycle. Let me know your guys opinion and your recommended how to cycle these 20 shots..Thanks In Advance

Since you're doing so well naturally why don't you wait until you've peaked out before using? There is a downside to steroid use.

Im pretty set on trying one cycle, so any advise would be greatly appreciated...Ive been stuck at the 175 area for about two months now, and Im eating heavy and training heavy...
 
If you're hellbent on doing it...run just one compound(peferablly test) that way,you can see how your body reacts .
 
It's normal to have a sticking point, but that doesn't mean that you need to start a cycle. Evaluate your diet and training. Sounds like you're not eating enough.

What's your diet like? In detail...
 
breakfast 8:30 LEAN BODY mrp with a serving of glutamine
Lunch 1pm Chicken breast, white rice with black beans and plantains (I know Im supposed to eat every three, but job won't allow it)

3pm- snack, turkey breast sandwhich or peanut butter&jelly with banana and a serving of creatin

5pm- workout
6pm-glutamine and mrp

9pm-dinner (whatever house cooks) usually steak with rice or something of that nature

11:30-12 peanut butter jelly sandwhich (I know here I could use a good no carb protein shake like isopure 0 carbs) but I got sick of taking them...

I plan on having a 0 carb 50 protein shake again while Im taking the cycle if I decide to do so...

Radar, do you mean test like sustanon? I am readily available to get 20 sust's at a decent price from a reliable source...so if you think that would be a good first cycle. (I think it would too). I just thought using 10 of sust and 10 of deca would be better...but my n00b self would'nt know any better...Thanks

Bro, your not eating enough. Glutamine is garbage, go eat some cardboard at least you'll get some fibre. Seriously though you need to eat 3000+ calories/day if you want to gain any weight. Even if you juice with that diet you won't make good improvements.

If you are going to juice stick with 1 compound, preferably test. Sust is good IMO, go with 1 shot (250mg) every 4 or 5 days. To be honest though and this is important your weakness lies in your diet. Change your diet and your body will follow.

We sound a lot alike. I'm about to start my first cycle too, but I gotta agree with the others that diet is so important and from what you said it doesn't sound like you're doing everything possible in that department. You can fix that easy, though. I'm not saying I don't think you should try a first cycle. But have your diet in order as well. But what do I know....I'm still a newbie too.
Diet-wise, I would say you should eat more whole foods, and healthier too. That's one department I've got down. MRP's are good once a day or so, but if you're putting your all into this, you should think about pre-cooking food in advance. Even a tuna sandwich, some carrots out of the bag, a glass of milk and a piece of fruit would be better than PB&J.
I'm gonna do a sust250 cycle, maybe 10-12 weeks. Want to gain same as you. Hit me up, whenever.
 
Sust250 every 4 or 5 days for ten weeks like Jubei and Radar suggusted. Drop the deca! You will grow like crazy on this for your first cycle.
