first cycle

what do u guys think about sust/tren or sust/dbol for a first cycle????? i want to put on some quality keepable mass. i have been training for about 4 years now.......i am 27y/o 5'8, 145lbs. thanx for your input.....if not these cycles can u recommend one??

NO FLAME BRO BUT YOU HAVE TRAINED FOR 4 YEARS AND YOU ARE ONLY 145LBS?:confused:
 
Both are good cycles to choose. The D-Bol in great for quick water weight, strength and would be great stacked with Test. With a solid diet you should love the results from this cycle. Make sure you have Clomid for post cycle. Good Luck!

yeah unfortunately i didnt understand to concept of the proper protien intake and diet........now i do and i am sick and tired of bill phillips!!!!!!!!!!:D
 
wait awhile

At 5'8", 145 you need to train naturally for awhile longer. You've got to get those calories up there and lift heavy. Work your way up to 8 meals a day and gain at least 20 more pounds naturally before you think about gear.
 
If you are 145 you must have a fast metabolism and are a hard gainer. Use 500mgs of sust a week with 20-30mgs of d-bol a day. Also do not make the mistake of not using noveldex or arimidex to prvent gyno. You will need to eat 200 grams of protien a day and like 500 grams of carbs, you need the calories. Drink your meals if you have to. I put oatmeal in the blender with a metrx shake and ice. It gives you calories and does not taste bad at all. Good luck.
