ok guys ive been researching juice for the last 4 years and have been training since i was about 10. yea my uncle and dad are really into weight lifting and since i always hung around with them it caught onto me early. i should be a lot bigger but i had to stay somewhat smaller due to track but since im done with that its time to get big.
im 19yrs old, 5'11 170lbs 7-8%bf. i promised myself i wouldnt cycle until i was 185lbs @ 8%bf. i feel ill be reaching that goal within the next couple of monthes so i thought id put my cycle plans up for criticism. Now granted this is not definite yet and after reading so many posts i may postpone it until im about 21 just as a precaution as to juicing too young. this is my first cycle so im trying to keep it low in dosages and see how my body responds.
Cycle goals: mass and strength. looking for 20 solid lbs of mass
test enanthate 250mg/wk(maybe 400mg) weeks 1-10
fina 50mg/ED weeks 1-8
EQ 250mg/wk weeks 1-8
im not sure if i should run the fina and EQ straight through with the test and if it would actually be more beneficial to do so.
will be using ALA as a liver protectant even though this cycle isnt hard on the liver since is my first cycle i guess im a little paranoid
If will have l-dex to use mainly for estrogen but also to limit water retention if i do decide on the higher test dosage. Will have nolvas just incase and plenty of clomid post cycle. Im a little concerned about the ED fina injections but i guess im gonna have to be a fast learner. I will be consuming around 4000cals a day but im not sure how many of them are going to be clean because i am a college student. I will be getting plenty of protein though from my diet and supplementing with some.
please comment with any advice you may feel will help me.
