I've been on my cycle for two weeks now and i'm encountaring a few issues / side effects that i'd like some advice / help with.
Here are the problems so far. I've put on 7kg in 12 days so far in weight, i don't feel fatter or anything, however this seems pretty fast to be piling on the pounds? Boy do i ache though. Today i've had 4 nosebleeds that have been pretty nasty, i got my blood pressure checked before i started and was told by my Doc i was in perfect condition that end. I play soccer three times a week and today for my second session i could barely run, severe pain in my feet and calves was unbearable and reduced me to plodding around, i doubt i'll be able to play on Sunday at this rate. I weight train 3 times a week as well as the soccer and my goals on the cycle was to get in tip top shape, and become faster & stronger than ever before and ideally be around 85-88kg maximum weight whilst dropping BF to around 10% for when the season starts in 8 weeks time.
Winstrol - 100mg per day - 50mg oral tabs (1 upon waking, 1 before bed)
TestoRapid - 200mg every 3 days - Injectable (Alternate Buttocks)
My stats are as following;
Age - 25 years old
BF - 17%
Height - 6ft
Weight - 92kg (before taking) Currently at 98.5kg
My diet consists of;
Oatmeal - 60g with 200ml semi skimmed milk
Syntha 6 - 50g protein shake & approx 30 almonds
2 x chicken breast with a cup of steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
2 x chicken breast or 1 big steak with a cup of steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
Any help or advice would be massively appreciated guys
