First Cycle

First post! Appreciate the input, fellas!

Stats:

Age: 25
Height: 6'0''
Weight: 185
Body Fat: 9%

Lifts:
Bench- 1RM 275
Squat- 1RM 495
Dead- 1RM 405

Been lifting since 18. I feel like I've reached (or am very close) to my genetic potential. Very few gains over the last year regardless of how many calories I ingest or how often I change my mass-building routine. Looking to take it to the next level.

Basic 12-week cycle:

250mg test-e 2x/week
10mg dbol 4x/day first 4 weeks
nolva pct

Diet set at 3600 calories. Mainly eggs, chicken, potatoes, and red meat.

Supplements: whey, casein, multi-v, fish oil, milk thistle, glucosamine and chondroitin

I'm looking to start in November. Doing research in the meantime.

Thoughts?

Should I lift heavy and hard straight up to the cycle or break for a couple weeks prior?
Should I take an AI?
Any modifications?

If your shooting for mass, eat more. Your vague description of your diet has some great key foods, but honestly, if you want to bulk up, eat bigger and heavier. At 9% you can afford a little fat if you really want the mass. Yams, oatmeal, pizza, homecooked burgers with quality ground beef. Don't shy away from the fat and carbs if you're trying to get big. Good luck.
 
I like taking a break before cycles since ill be llifting heavier but that's my preference. Seems to help avoid injuries at the joints (ligaments/tendons).

Definitely use an ai with those two compounds since they both will convert to estrogen. Aromasin 12.5mg eod or adex .5mg eod. I would drop dbol and run test by itself. Test alone for your first cycle is suggested to assess your tolerance and makes it easier for an inexperienced user to pinpoint and control sides. use an oral on your next cycle.

Also, search the board for pct's. nolva alone won't properly recover you or help you hold on to gains. I personally like the methyl eaa/test infusion combo with some DAA and Forma stanzol but there are other options too. A little research on this will save you a lot of hassle with your recovery
 
You should definitely use aromasin on cycle.. dbol and test will aromatise very badly..

PCT needs a lot of work.. nolva on its own is shit

Agreed, but IMO the break should end a 1-2 weeks before the cycle starts....

Whey and Casein protein are not supplements! They are grocery items.. just like chicken and oatmeal!!

You need an AI

Also, look into other cycle support items. Things for your liver, blood pressure, testicular atrophy, ect.. would be beneficial.

Nolva, in my opinion and many others, es no bueno for PCT.. especially if it is the only thing you plan on running.

Absolutely! I definitely didn't mean take a break then jump into a cycle. But a break at some point instead of going heavy in the gym for months then starting a cycle
 
I hate taking a break but I will do a deload week where I'm keeping the weight light but still hit all my exercises..

I hate it too. Hard to stop something that you love doing so much. It helps my joints catch up so I see it as a must

I completely understand I just hate taking a day off.. rest days kill me cos I feel like my day is wasted if I don't get to the gym.. so people might think its sad and pathetic but its a hobby just like some people watch football or play videogames
