Today is an off day but ive been hearing from so many people(not on ef) that they dont have the time to work out or eat right. Well then i tell them what i do and hopefully it puts it into a little more perspective that its not about time but about desire. So for anyone reading this if this is your excuse let me break down my schedule and you tell me if you have the time(desire). I go to sleep at 11pm wake up at 2am and work for 4-5 hours unloading trucks and sorting packages to be delivered. This is my cardio. At a constant brisk walking pace picking up, carrying, and putting down packages weighing from 1lb-100lbs. I usually eat a bowl of high protein high fiber multigrain cereal before this with a protein shake and an apple or baked potato. After work bout 7-8 am go home and eat 7 whole eggs. Go to sleep til 11am wake up go to gym for 1-1 1/2 hours. Drink post workout shake. Go home eat chicken breast, black beans, potato. Cook my food for the day. Go to work from 2-9 (if my dm is around i work 12-9) during work eat 2 meals consisting of either chicken breast or lean beef plus half a can of black beans with each meal and potato, rice, banana, or apple. Go home eat another meal consisting of same. Bed by 11. If i can make the time to do this then anyone can because i am somewhat lazy(as my girlfriend says all the time lol). But im not looking for recognition nor trying to preach. Just want to make the point that a lifestyle is a choice and success depends on how willing you are to sacrifice in order to achieve your goals.
