starting my first cycle tomorrow. 50mg winny ed and 100mg fina eod. saw palmetto, vitex, cranberry extract, and 1 gallon+ of water. i keep everyone posted on the results. i'm a little nervous about giving my self the shots, but i'm going to rotate quad's and glutes. wish me luck!

i wouldnt hit saw palmetto with winny or fina so leave that out...plus it can make your hair fall out faster if you take it with winny or fina...add some test or if you cant add a lot of test add around 250mgs of test to keep the sex drive up..prov can help with that too at 50mgs ed..take ALA for the liver too at 600-1000mgs/day get that from www.kilosports.com for a cheaper price or just go to gnc

When I do whinny I use insulin syringes and shoot into my delts. No need to rotate quads and glutes with whinny.

If you are new to giving yourself shots, relax. It gets very easy after you've done it a couple times.
