Hi everyone,
I've been reading this board for a while now trying to decide how to best start out.
Stats:
age: 32 (been lifting for almost 20 years)
H: 5' 7"
W: 155
BF: ~6% (very cut)
Goal: small to moderate lean body mass gain, increase hardness + vascularity +minimal sides
I'm considering a var only first cycle:
- 25 mg ED
(for recommended dose @ .125 mg/kg - works out to ~20 mg ED)
This would work out to ~1500 mg for 8 week cycle ($ - ?)
-creatine: 20+ mg/day
-proviron: 25 mg/day
I'm guessing clomid would not be needed post cycle.
Would clen post cycle be of any benefit (30 days - 40 mcg/day)?
Is George's ebook the best way to start?
