First cycle test prop cycle only advice needed

What would you use for protection on 8 week cycle of test prop 125mg EOD. I have 5000IU of HCG and 30x10mg pills of nolvadex on my hands and i am planing to get aromasin/arimidex for estrogen control on cycle, so i was wondering if you could give me some advice on dosage and time of use of those things on cycle/PCT considering it's my first cycle and it's pretty light so i don't expect much side effects.

Dose aromasin at 12.5mg EOD on cycle, and use the HCG for a couple weeks before PCT starts at 500ius twice per week. I would also use HCGenerate on cycle to minimize shutdown. I would use this as your PCT:
