howdy, im a newbie to all of this, the cycle i have purchased contains 20amps 250mg/ml test e and 30 clomid 50mg tabs, is there anythingt else i need or should take with this cycle before i proceed, thanks in advance guys

age, height, weight, training history?
 
You may want some protection against estrogen related side effects just in case you are prone to bloat or gyno.
 
ya sorry guys, like i said total newbie! height 5, 10"..weight 160lbs.....age 39....... training over 3yrs with the last 18 months lifting as heavy as i can, tryin every sort of supplement there is, aka fart powders! thanx again, my body fat is very low, always has been....like 7%, i am the classic skinny guy, always have been....that needs to change!

eat lots and lots of clean food, protein, carbs, good fats. 500mg x 10 weeks (2ml per week one mon and one thu), get an ai like arimidex on hand for possible gyno and get pct in check.

i've got a buddy that is just like you, doesn't hardly have an ounce of fat on him and has an exteremly hard time gaining weight....it takes a lot of food for you guys...i helped him with his diet and so far is is up about 5 lbs.

How many calories are you taking in? Even when your on cycle, you going to need a lot of food to grow.
 
ya i eat pretty well, also taking weight gain supplements, altogether taking in 3500/4000 cals per day, i have no idea where its going but not on my frame! i have been makin small gains over the last few months but despite upping my intake i havent budged in over 6 weeks, i have no problem consuming lots of food when on the cycle assuming the juice will help it be used better in my body, at the moment its the toilet thats benefitting from my diet!

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each. You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

I have experienced that eating let's say 4-5 big meals a day makes weight gain a bit easier than eating 7 smaller meals.
Big meals contribuits to more anabolism because of the bigger spike/surplus of nutrients. The smaller meals keep levels of nutrients more stable making for better fat loss IMO

somethings not adding up here. you are only 160lbs and eating a ton of calories. getting enough sleep/recovery? what sort of food are you eating? any wierd medical conditions you havent mentioned?
 
i am eatin good clean calories, i am a chef and have a good idea on nutrition, no illnesses, sleep isnt great but do get 6-8hrs nightly, i only train mon, weds and fri so recovery shouldnt be a prob.....i have always been like this, fast metabolism as they say....i have upped my calories starting ystrday so will keep ye posted how it ghoes
 
what about trying a 5day workout program,switch your training up,try upping ur calls by 500,and if that doesn't work,then something def is wrong just off the top of your head,how much protein a day are you getting?
